Our website is hosted by Team sisu GmbH (Linz, Austria), their data centers being located in Germany. In the course of hosting, all data necessary for operation and use of this website (e.g. log files, IP addresses, metadata) are processed on servers within the EU.

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in secure and efficient website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact inquiries

When you contact us by email or via forms on our website, we process the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message text) to handle your inquiry and possible follow-up questions.

We store such data for six months, unless longer retention is necessary due to legal obligations.

4. Contractual data

For the purpose of contract initiation and fulfillment, we process personal data such as first name, surname, residential address, phone number, email address and date of birth.

We do not forward this data without your consent, except to service providers necessary for fulfilling legal and contractual obligations (e.g. tax advisors, print service providers).

Retention is based on statutory obligations (e.g. seven years under Austrian tax law).
