Our Approach

Mission and Values, as well as Approach and Methodology

Several people talking to each other photographed through a glass wall, with the wooded Linz-Urfahr side in the background, which can be seen from the roof terrace of the Linz University of Art.

Our mission is to strengthen the capacity to imagine and shape desired futures and equip future leaders to drive meaningful change.

Yet no one shapes the future alone; it is a collective and collaborative endeavor.

We welcome diverse perspectives, create shared points of orientation, and turn vision into change.

How we do it

Approach: Central to our approach is the questioning of prevailing thought patterns, the early recognition of upheavals and the identification of new fields of action. We see our role as an application-oriented research driver and pathfinder — guiding scholars and executives to expand their capacity for innovation and leadership within a broader context.

Methodology: We believe in the power of learning journeys — as opposed to abstract learning by means of case studies or the presentation of specialist knowledge and procedures. That's why we design and facilitate structured, continuous processes of personal and professional development that enables people to rethink and reperceive the limits of their actions, to substantially question basic assumptions and values, and to change them if necessary. Change happens through direct exchange with peers and leading figures from science and practice — always anchored in real-world challenges.
