Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is of upmost significance for us. We process your data according to the applicable legal regulations solely, i.e. DSGVO, TKG 2003. This data protection policy informs you about the most important aspects of data processing when you visit and use our website.

Contact

When you contact us by email or via forms on our website, we will process the personal data you submit for the purpose of handling your inquiry. In case of follow-up questions, we will save your submitted data for six months.

We will not forward the personal data you submit without your consent.

Data storage

We herewith indicate, that our website uses cookies that allow the website to recognize your browser when you visit the website again, i.e. IP data of the internet subscriber is saved, as well as name, address and your declared data. This simplifies processing your inquiry and processing of contracts.

Apart from this, for the purpose of processing of contracts, we save the following data: First name, surname, residential address, phone number, mail address and date of birth. The personal data provided by you are necessary for contractual performance resp. for the implementation of pre-contractual arrangements. Without these data we cannot conclude a contract with you. We do not forward your personal data to third parties, apart from tax accountants and printing companies in case of announcements.

In case of discontinuation of your inquiry, the personal data saved by us is discarded. In case of completion of a contract all data from the contractual relationship are saved according to tax law (retention period of seven years).

Data processing observes legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/ or lit b (necessary for completion of a contract) of the DSGVO.
