CANCELLED: Executive Circle & Dinner with Chris Luebkeman (Arup) on “Unintended Consequences”

Linz, May 14, 2020 – Dr. Chris Luebkeman is global foresight, research and innovation leader at Arup. He will talk on “Unintended Consequences: Foresight, Strategy and Contemporary Corporate Challenges” at the Executive Circle & Dinner on May 14, 2020. This format aims at fostering dialogue on eye level on basis of the input by Chris Luebkeman.

Details on the talk: Every leader is confronted with an ever increasing contextual uncertainty. The expectations on a leader to be able to deal with this complexity in an equitable, humane and financially viable manner is increasing.  The speed at which decisions need to be made and actions implemented is increasing.  It seems that the one of the only things to be decreasing in a leader’s life is the time available to think constructively.  This is the place for Foresight. A corporate foresight team can help an executive with his/her team not only plan for changes which are expected, but also prepare for those which are not. And, this last is perhaps the most important aspect of the role.
